A Series - Switch and Pilot Lights

The A series of pushbuttons and pilot lights from IDEC are available in 4 styles the A1, A2, A6 and A8. The A series is designed to be a fully complementary system incorporating aesthetically similar pushbuttons, illuminated pushbuttons and pilot lights. The A6 style also includes selector switches with a choice of a control knob or for additional security a removable key actuator.

The different series are designed for different cutouts with the A1 series requiring a cut-out diameter of 10mm, the A2 series 12mm, A6 series 16mm and A8 series 8mm. All series are available in square, rectangular or circular bodies with multiple colours to choose from. The A series pushbuttons are offered in momentary or maintained action with the A6 selector switches having a choice of maintained or spring return operation.

The A6 series is also available with a flush bezel giving these switches and pilot lights a sleeker and more updated look whilst also allowing the downsizing of products. The entire A series have solder terminations and are electrically rated up to 220VAC at 0.5A resistive or 1A resistive at 12/24VDC for the A6 series only.

The A series is rated to IP40 with the choice of IP65 in the A2 and A6 series making the entire series suitable for both office and factory applications. The aesthetic design also makes the A series perfect for Industrial Control Panels.
