ELOS Box 54

The ELOS Box 54 from Elma is part of their ELOS open system of embedded enclosures. Designed to fit 2 to 3 controller cards the ELOS Box 54 can also be equipped with a corresponding backplane such as a compact PCI and a variety of power supplies.

The housing is made from an extruded aluminium profile with an aluminium base plate and includes a ground connection offering excellent EMC shielding. The aluminium also comes black lacquered as standard although other colours are available upon request.

The ELOS Box 54 is available in 2 variations both with a total housing size of 73mm x 190.5mm x 264.5mm (HxWxD). The ELOS-E1 is an IP40 enclosure with cooling fins and no additional ventilation slots. Whereas, the ELOS-E3 comes with an additional 50 x 50 x 10mm axial fan which increases heat dissipation but reduces the environmental sealing to IP30.
