HS6B & HS6E Series - Interlock Switches

The HS6B and HS6E series of subminiature interlock switches from IDEC are compact space-saving interlocks with pre-wired angled connection cables to help reduce the size, increase mounting options and minimize wiring time while helping prevent wiring mistakes.

The HS6B has been designed without a solenoid allowing for a smaller body measuring 78mm high, 30cm wide and just 15mm deep. This makes the HS6B the thinnest interlock safety switch on the market. The HS6B comes with two actuator slots and is compatible with right-angled and straight actuators or IDEC’s angle adjustable actuator ideal for hinged doors.

The HS6E incorporates a solenoid into its body which measures only 75mm high, 75mm wide 15mm deep. Reversible mounting and the angled cable allow for four actuator insertion directions and is compatible with the right-angled, straight and angle adjustable actuators. The HS6E also incorporates an optically enhanced LED power indicator which offered wider viewing angles of approx. 120°.

Both the HS6B and HS6E are sealed to IP67 and have a mechanical life of 1 million operations, their space-saving design makes them ideal for applications where space is at a premium.
